Following the strong performance of its recent marketing campaign, Cosy Homes in Lancashire has expanded its retainer with Chorley-based digital agency Bespoke to further amplify its reach. The Cosy Homes in Lancashire scheme, active since 2014, is a partnership between 13 local authorities aimed at simplifying access to grants that fund energy-saving improvements in homes.
