How to Unlock the Otsutsuki Clan in Wagarashi
The Otsutsuki clan is currently the only Exclusive rarity clan in the game. This is because it does not have a drop rate chance and instead relies on a specific item to be unlocked.
Unlocking the Otsutsuki Clan
To unlock the Otsutsuki Clan, you must first get your hands on a Chakra Fruit. This is a reward drop from events, Tailed Beast bosses, and Scrolls. If you don’t know, Scrolls act like chests in Wagarashi!
When beating Tailed Beast bosses, you obtain Scrolls, which you can then open in hopes that you get a Chakra Fruit.

Otsutsuki Clan
As for Otsusuki itself, it shares the exact same moves as the Hyuga clan, which is a Legendary Leaf clan.
However, it’s ‘exclusive’ because it comes with extra benefits, such as additional Chakra and a larger maximum HP. The Tenseigan progression for those in the Otsutsuki clan is much easier and faster, too. Tenseigan progression unlocks both eye types and the Tenseigan Cloak!
As well as the shared moves, Hyuga individuals have Byakugan Eyes. When Byakugan is active, you have access to the Gentle Fist Fighting Style, though you must unlock it from Skill Cards beforehand. Byakugan Eyes feature two upgrades, with each buffing your Byakugan ESP.
Moves
Otsutsuki members can wield the same moves as those who are part of the Hyuga clan!
