Disney Dreamlight Valley’s new update, Wonderland Whimsy, is live right now, and it includes all new story content as well as new Friendship Quests for the two new characters, Alice and the Cheshire Cat. Alice and the Cheshire Cat are originally from the Alice in Wonderland movie. The Cheshire Cat is a mysterious cat character that requires a unique way to unlock. This guide will help you how to unlock the Cheshire Cat in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
How to Unlock the Cheshire Cat in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Unlocking the Cheshire Cat in Disney Dreamlight Valley requires you to complete a series of time-gated quests, which become available after unlocking Alice. Players must first unlock the Alice in Wonderland Realm and complete all of the new Realm quests. It includes the following quests.
Doing so will unlock Alice as a villager, which will trigger the Mannequin Madness quest for Scrooge. It is the first time-gated quest for unlocking the Cheshire Cat. After completing the quest for Scrooge, walk into the Remy restaurant to trigger the Chaos in the Kitchen quest. It is the second quest, and upon completing that, the third and final quest will trigger automatically. The final quest is Cat Tree Catastrophe for Alice.
During the final quest, you will have to catch some Cheshire Catfish in the Dazzle Beach biome. After that, bring the fish to Alice and then go inside her house. There, you will meet the Cheshire Cat, and you have to find the Cheshire Cat Mini Tree. The Mini Tree is in a picture on the wall inside Alice’s Room. Take a picture of the Mini Tree and it will drop on the floor. Pick it up and then place it anywhere in the valley.
Once done, the Cheshire Cat will appear on the Tree. Speak with him to conclude the final quest, which unlocks the Cheshire Cat as a villager. It means players will be able to find him regularly, like other villagers, and complete his exclusive Friendship Quests.
