The Cat Tree Catastrophe is Alice’s friendship quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley. It is the final quest for unlocking the Cheshire Cat and welcoming him to the Valley. How to Complete the Cat Tree Catastrophe Quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Starting the Quest
The Cat Tree Catastrophe quest becomes available automatically after completing the Chaos in the Kitchen quest for Remy. Players must first complete Mannequin Madness and Chaos in the Kitchen quests. Otherwise, the Cat Tree Catastrophe quest will not trigger for Alice. After fulfilling the requirements, you will find the quest in the quest log and will be able to make it an active quest.
Catch some Cheshire Catfish
As the quest starts, speak with Moana. Go through the dialogues and then follow her to her boat on Dazzle Beach. After reaching the boat, speak with Moana. Once done, take a look at the boat to see several Cheshire Catfish on it. Equip the Camera and take a picture of the Cheshire Catfish. After taking a picture, fish out 5 Cheshire Catfish on Dazzle Beach. Equip the Fishing Rod and look for Gold Ripples in the water. Fish in the Gold Ripples in the Dazzle Beach to catch the Cheshire Catfish.
After fishing all 5 Cheshire Catfish, bring them to Alice. Open the map to find Alice and speak with her. Give her the Cheshire Catfish and go through the dialogues.
Find the Cheshire Cat’s Mini Tree
After speaking with Alice, go inside her house. Here, you will see the Cheshire Cat, speak with him. Once done, you need to look for the Cheshire Cat’s Mini Tree. The tree you are looking for is a photo on the wall. Go inside Alice’s room and look on the wall to find a white photo with a Cheshire Cat’s Red Tree. Equip the camera and take a picture of the tree. Upon taking the picture, the tree will drop on the floor. Pick up the mini tree and speak with the Cheshire Cat again.
Place the Cheshire Cat’s Tree in the Valley
After speaking with the Cheshire Cat, go into the building mode and place the Cheshire Cat’s Tree anywhere in the Valley. Once done, the Cheshire Cat will appear on his tree. Go and speak with him and go through the dialogues to conclude the quest.
Rewards
Completing the Cat Tree Catastrophe quest will unlock the Cheshire Cat as a villager in Disney Dreamlight Valley. It means players will be able to find him regularly, like other villagers, and complete his exclusive Friendship Quests.
