Desert Detectors Detector Tier List
Detectors have two main stats, being speed and range. The speed controls how fast the radar moves to find items, and the range determines the maximum size of the circle. Ideally, you’ll want to buy a well-balanced Detector which factors in both stats, or one which favours radius more as it shows a larger area with more chance of showing a ‘!’ sign.
S-Tier
The absolute BEST detectors in the game! These few have no cons and dominate their peers thanks to their high stats into both speed and range. With these equipped, you’ll find treasure faster than you can say treasure!
Demon Detector (Robux)Steel Skull DetectorRinged Radar
A-Tier
Some of the strongest detectors in the game! These elite few may only lack every so slightly, which drops them from the highest tier, but they’re typically cheaper to buy and perform well enough to be considered for purchase.
Prehistoric DetectorSignal DetectorCore Detector
B-Tier
These middleman few have a long way to go before they’re considered meta, but to escape the early-game and enter the mid-game, I recommend buying one of these!
Gold DetectorForeign Detector
C-Tier
Still weak, but better than the beginner detectors. Ideally, you can skip over these and head straight for a B-Tier detector if you save up enough Sheckles.
Silver DetectorTriangular Detector
D-Tier
The weakest both in speed and radar. These few are cheap and help players get to grips with the gameplay before getting an upgrade.
