Players can sell a stolen horse to a vendor with the Horse Black Market feature. Not all stable handlers or horse traders offer this feature. But there are a few of them scattered across the Trosky and Kuttenberg regions. The best horse trader for selling a stolen horse is Mikolai. You can find him at the Nomads Camp in the Trosky region during the daytime. Simply, bring a stolen horse and speak with him to sell the horse.
NOTE: You can only sell 1 stolen horse per day. You will have to wait at least 24 hours before you can sell another.
How to Steal a Horse Safely in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
Although it sounds all easy, you have to be a lot more careful while stealing the horses in KCD2. You cannot be seen by the locals or guards, otherwise, they will catch you. If you get away on horseback while alerting the guard, they might not catch you but you still lose a great amount of reputation with them. Losing a reputation affects the Charisma which then makes persuasion a lot more difficult. So, it is very crucial that you steal a horse without alerting anyone.
Now, one of the best ways to steal a horse is you either steal it from enemy camps or stables during the nighttime. In the nighttime, almost all the NPCs in the game go to sleep, especially at 3 AM. If you come across a camp or a stable with horses in it, pass the time and sneak in. As you get close to the horse, hold the interaction key to mount and steal it. After that, simply ride your way out, and then you can go to Nomads Camp to sell it.
TIP: Make sure to inspect the horse to see its stats and value. The value will give you an idea on which horse can earn you the most money.
