The Devs shared a glimpse of the updates arriving in the first two quarters of 2025 almost 4 months ago. Well, The Devs finally shared more information on the first free update of 2025 with the first look today. Although the first look is not that long, it contains crucial information about what players can expect from the next update. New Characters and Realm

The new upcoming update of Disney Dreamlight Valley is Tales of Agrabah. It will contain two iconic Disney characters, Aladdin and Jasmine. Players will get to meet them in Agrabah by unlocking the new Realm at the Dream Castle.  

Unlock Questline for Aladdin and Jasmine

To bring Aladdin and Jasmine to the Valley, players will have to work alongside Aladdin and Jasmine to discover what is causing the chaotic sandstorms in Agrabah. During the questline, players will also rescue the Magical Flying Carpet. Players can unlock the Flying Carpet as a permanent companion.

Friendship Questline for Aladdin and Jasmine

As players bring Aladdin and Jasmine to the Valley, they will be able to pursue unique questlines for the new characters. Jasmine’s questline will allow you to discover the Power of Wishful Thinking, and Aladdin’s questline will allow you to help him set up a Gem Stall. Moreover, completing the friendship questlines for Aladdin and Jasmine will unlock unique friendship rewards.

Gem Stall is one of the most requested features in the game. It is good to hear that the Devs are finally bringing it to the Valley. Players will be able to purchase the dazzling gems from the new Aladdin’s stall.

Release Date of Tales of Agrabah Free Update

Disney Dreamlight Valley Tales of Agrabah will arrive on all available platforms on February 26, 2025. While there is still a week left for the update to arrive, the Devs will show further information regarding the update this week. We can expect to see the theme of the new Star Path and more this week.
