Dead Rails Vault Code
In Dead Rails, the Valut Code is required to unlock the Bank building.
How to Access the Bank
The Bank building is easy to spot in the sense that it’s a red brick building with a sign that says ‘Bank’ above the door. Keep in mind that this building has a chance to spawn, which means it’s not a guarantee straight away. Keep travelling until you find one!
Once you reach the bank, there will more than likely be a few zombies inside the bank, but the one you’re looking for specifically is the Banker Zombie. This one wears a tophat! Make sure you have a weapon so you can fend off the regular zombies that prevent you from even stepping foot inside the bank.
How to Get the Vault Code
After you defeat the Banker Zombie, you obtain the Vault Code. This is because it drops a piece of paper on the ground, which is labelled the ‘Bank Combo’. There’s a small chance that the Banker Zombie is already dead without you having to approach and attack it. If this is the case, you’ll find the note nearby to them as usual.
The code is different for each playthrough, so you have to complete the above steps to get it! Next, you need to make your way back inside the bank towards the vault.
How to Open the Vault
Opening the vault is easy! With the collected code, you need to turn the wheel on the front of the vault to match the numbers of the code. Once you enter the full code, and it’s correct, the vault door opens! Inside, you can find a ton of gold and silver bars, both of which are very valuable items to collect.
