1x Radzig Kobyla’s Longsword
3x Toledo Steel
The Toledo Steel is one of the blacksmithing materials and you can easily get it from the Blacksmiths in Kuttenberg city. Fortunately, you will get to Kuttenberg shortly after killing Istvan Toth. Once you are there, speak with the Blacksmith in the city and purchase three Toledo Steel.

Heat the metal in the Furnace until it turns Golden. DO NOT overheat it because the metal can start to melt.
After heating the metal, take it to the Anvil and start hammering it from TOP to BOTTOM.
It is crucial that you hammer the blade for top to bottom to reduce the chances of failing.
While hammering, you only need to hit each spot once.
After hammering a spot, just move the blade up and repeat.
After completing the first side, rotate the blade and start hammering it again from TOP to BOTTOM.
