Bensons Daily Rewards offers players unique items for logging in consecutively for a week. This rewards scheme refreshes seasonally and typically includes Magnets, Shovels and a limited-time Mount. However, during the Valentine’s Event update, the day 6 reward introduced the new Secret Mole.

This Mole, despite its name, doesn’t count towards the Secret Collection. However, it’s important if you want to find Secret Items around the map! Secret Items have a ridiculously rare encounter rate, with no set island or magnet preference. Using the Secret Mole to enchant a Shovel increases the player’s chances of digging up a Secret Item in one of three tiers.

Secret 1 – Increases Secret encounter chance to 1 in 100kSecret 2 – Increases Secret encounter chance to 1 in 66.6kSecret 3 – Increases Secret encounter chance to 1 in 33.3k

Naturally, the chances even at the best tier aren’t guaranteed and it’ll still take hours of grinding to unearth a Secret. So, I recommend enchanting an already decently Lucky shovel (Base Stat unenchanted) as the Secret Mole enchants add to a Shovels Luck Boost stat. The Solar Shovel from Tropica (as of the Valentine Event) has the highest natural luck of any Shovel in the game, with a 45% Luck Boost. That makes this Shovel a great contender for the Secret Mole enchant as it’ll be the most fruitful when Secret hunting!

To enchant your Shovels using Moles, visit Mole Island nestled in between Permafrost and Piratesburg. A large Mole will surface and accept your Secret Mole and Shovel, taking them temporarily to enchant your Shovel with a Secret Tier.
