Learn all about the Zeus Storm event and the Zeus Storm Totem!

What is the Zeus Storm Event?

The Zeus Storm is a server-wide event that only affects those fishing in the Zeus Rod Room. If you are not at this fishing location, or you don’t have it unlocked, this event is null.

However, if you are fishing in the Zeus Rod Room during a Zeus Storm, here’s what happens. You have a 10% chance of catching fish with the Lightning Mutation. The interesting thing about this Mutation is that it has a 50/50 chance of being completely pointless.

Upon obtaining a Lightning fish, it has a 50% chance of being 70% to 100% larger, thus increasing its overall selling value. If you lose the 50% chance, the Mutation does not affect the fish, making it useless.

Additionally, everyone in the Zeus Rod Room during a Zeus Storm has a 50% of being attacked by the lightning. For those unlucky enough to be struck, they are sent back to their spawn point, and some of their coins are taken away. But, they receive a title, which is “Chosen by Zeus”.

How to Start a Zeus Storm

Whilst the Zeus Storm has a chance to occur naturally, like a lot of the other in-game server events, you can activate it yourself by using a Zeus Storm Totem.

How to Get a Zeus Storm Totem

To obtain the Zeus Storm Totem, you must complete the Zeus Trial in Atlantis. When you enter the room, you have access to the Zeus Rod and the totem.

The Zeus Storm Totem costs a total of 1,500,000 in-game coins, making it an expensive item with not much payoff.
