Coraline Evade The Others Ending Guide
If you’ve watched Coraline, you’ll know how the movie ends… and that is the same for the game! Your goal is to escape from the alternate world in which you have been sucked into.
But, if you’re a fan of the movie (and love a good conspiracy), you’ll know that rumours suggest Coraline never truly escaped.
How Do You Reach The Ending?
Luckily, you can work as a team to escape through the mysterious door and reach safety (but if you dare, you can also play alone!). As you progress through the game, you can see at the top of your screen what you must do.
To reach the end point you must unlock the Mysterious Door at the Door Locator. You don’t need to worry about running around aimlessly in the house. You can follow the pink waypoint marker that says ‘Doorway’ which leads you to the room you need.
The door you need to escape from is on the left-hand side of the fireplace and has a green highlight around it. Press ‘E’ to interact with it and escape.
Is That The End?
After you escape through the door, you will get an overview of your gameplay. Including how many rooms you explored, and how many buttons you found. The thing is, you never see yourself leave the world. Sure, you interact with the door, but the game ends there.
So, is that the end? At the moment, the game stops there. However, it is set up perfectly for a possible part 2, where maybe you never truly escaped and must enter the world again. But that’s just a theory… a game theory!
