The annual PlayStation Wrap-Up stats for 2024 are now available along with a PS Stars campaign that grants a heroic digital collectible. Interestingly, although the PS Stars campaign in question asks players to check out their Wrap-Up, it doesn’t actually have anything to do with the stats.

First things first, head over here to check your stats. Just like previous years, the Wrap-Up has launched with a plethora of issues, including but not limited to loading errors and inability to sign in. While I was able to sign in and proceed to the stats page, I was stuck watching the page load forever. Having checked gaming forums, I know I’m not the only one.
Folks in regions without PSN support should use the link embedded above. Otherwise, you’ll receive an error message regarding excessive requests. If the Wrap-Up still isn’t working for you, then just be patient and try again later.
It took Sony several hours to get the 2023’s Wrap-Up working properly for everyone, so we’re just going to assume an ETA of later today for a fix.
