“He’ll kill me if he finds me!” Run, Phoebe, run! IFC Films has unveiled an official trailer for an indie thriller film titled Inheritance, now set for release in theaters starting late January 2025. Strangely haven’t heard much about this film before and it hasn’t shown up at any film festivals either. From director Neil Burger (Divergent, The Illusionist), Inheritance follows Maya, who learns her father Sam was once a spy. Suddenly, she finds herself at the center of an international conspiracy and must go on the run, too. Starring Phoebe Dynevor, Rhys Ifans, Ciara Baxendale, and Majd Eid. Also looks like they shot this with a tiny crew using cheap digital cameras all around the world and filming on the fly (without permits or approvals in some of these countries).
