A Family Adventure Unlike Any Other in ‘Paddington in Peru’ Trailer #3

“More adventure than any bear can bear.” Sony Pictures has unveiled their official US trailer for the highly anticipated sequel Paddington in Peru. It opens in the UK next week, but only opening there – it won’t be showing in US theaters until January 2025. Continuing the adorable adventures of the Paddington Bear after the beloved Paddington (2014) & Paddington 2 (2017). In this, Paddington and his adopted family – the Browns – decide to visit his Aunt Lucy in Peru, only to end up lost in the Amazon rainforest (inspired by Herzog’s Fitzcarraldo?) and stuck up in the Andes mountains. This fun British-Peruvian comedy adventure sequel stars Hugh Bonneville, Emily Mortimer, Madeleine Harris, Samuel Joslin, Julie Walters, Jim Broadbent, Carla Tous, and Antonio Banderas, plus Olivia Colman as “The Reverend Mother.” Plus the voices of Ben Whishaw as Paddington Brown and Imelda Staunton as Aunt Lucy, who I hope has a bigger role.
