Paradox Race Tier List

There are 3 different main races in Paradox: Quincy, Soul Reaper, and Hollow. As you progress through each one, you unlock additional races. When you start the game, you can select which race you want to play as. The other variants are unlocked by various means, which all depend on the race itself.

For example, Hollows have a much more detailed method of obtaining the other races. Soul Reapers have one other variant, and Quincy is a sole race, with no others.

S Tier

Arrancar
The final and most powerful form of the Hollow raceThe result of progressing through being a Menoscar, Adjucar, and Vastocar
Vizard
The final form of a Soul ReaperAt this point, you have your Shikai, and you have a cool Vizard Mask!

A Tier

Vasto Lorde
The second-to-last race during the Hollow progression, also known as Vastocar, is a step up from an Adjucar (Adjuchas)

B Tier

Adjuchas
The third race in the Hollow progression line, also known as Adjucar, which is the next step from MenoscarThe most common Arrancar variant, which is much stronger than a Menoscar (Menos Grande)
Soul Reaper
The base for the Soul Reaper race! It would be in the A-tier if it didn’t get outbeaten by the penultimate stage of the Hollow race progression

C Tier

Menoscar
The second race in the Hollow progression line, also known as Menos Grande, one step up from FishboneThe beginning of your Arrancar journey! A Menoscar is the weaker variant, with the next strongest being Adjucar
Quincy
This race doesn’t split off into other onesThe main reason why it’s ranked in this tier is because it’s very simplistic, and without the additional races to unlock, it’s quite boring in a way

D Tier

Fishbone
The first race in the Hollow progression lineAs it’s the base of the Hollow progression, it’s pretty weak, so it’s your priority to obtain Soul Points as quickly as possible to evolve and get stronger
