Learn how to unlock the Sorcery Malevolent Shrine move and how it performs on the battlefield in this guide!
To wield Sukuna’s power, log onto Roblox, and play Sorcery! Meditation is a required function when trying to unlock your Domain Expansion, so have a nosey at our How to Meditate in Sorcery guide while you’re here.
Sorcery Malevolent Shrine
If you want to play as Sukuna, or as close as possible, you need the Malevolent Shrine Domain Expansion.
What Does Malevolent Shrine Do?
Upon activation, the Malevolent Shrine constantly strikes all enemies caught within it. As long as your targets are within range of the Domain, most notably inside it, they receive tons of damage over time.
The main attacks used throughout the duration are Dismantle and Cleave, both of which are moves you can wield yourself with the Shrine Cursed Technique. This is why pairing the CT with Malevolent Shrine is a strong build for those who want to play as Yuji Itadori or Sukuna.
As well as dealing slash damage, you also stun all enemies in the middle of the Domain due to the flurry of attacks. This allows you to get a few strikes in yourself using your M1s and other abilities.
How to Unlock Malevolent Shrine
To get Malovelent Shrine, you need to have Domain Expansions unlocked. To do this, you need to have the meditation ability. You can only meditate once you are level 150+.
Now, you must meditate somewhere (some reports say it has to be in the Void, but players are managing to unlock their Domain by meditating anywhere). It takes 5 to 20 minutes of meditation to unlock your Domain, but a trip to the Void is required afterwards. After being defeated in the Void, which can be done by any means, you have full access to your Domain Expansion!
There is no guarantee that the initial one you unlock is Malevolent Shrine, but to solve this, all you need to do it head to Mahito in the Hideout and reroll with Cursed Tickets.
