The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom begins a new journey of saving the Hyrule World with Zelda being the main protagonist. It is her first adventure, but not an easy one. Fortunately, the world of Hyrule offers various ways to help Zelda in her adventure, and one is catching the fairies in the wild. Fairies can restore some of Zelda’s hearts whenever needed and even revive Zelda if all hearts are depleted.
The first fairy you will come across in Hyrule is in the Suthorn Forest near the Suthorn Ruins. However, you won’t be catch it without a Fairy Bottle so this guide will help you catch the fairy in Suthorn Forest in Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom.
How to Catch the Fairy in Suthorn Forest in Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom
During the first main quest, Mysterious Rifts, you will have to reach the marked house on the map near the Suthorn Forest area. As you progress through the Suthorn Forest, you will come across a pond with a fairy flying over it. Initially, as you approach the fairy, Zelda’s health will replenish if depleted, but if you have a Fairy Bottle, the fairy will jump inside it allowing Zelda to use the fairy’s abilities when needed.
Where to Find the First Fairy Bottle in Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom
Now, to get the Fairy Bottle, you will have to enter a cave in the Suthorn Forest area, not far from the Suthorn Prairie Waypoint. It is the first waypoint that you will unlock in the adventure. From the waypoint, head to the right side to find the cave entrance.
Enter the cave and defeat the monsters including the Ignizol, a fire monster. Use the rock echo and throw it at the Ignizol a few times to defeat it. Once defeated, learn Ignizol Echo and continue to the next room. Defeat all the monsters in the next room and go to the locked gate at the end. Here, you need to use Ignizol Echo on the unlit brazier to open the door.
After unlocking the door, loot the chest in the room to get the Fairy Bottle.
Catch the Fairy in Suthorn Forest
Once you have found the Fairy Bottle, leave the cave and go to the pond in the Suthorn Forest. Simply, approach the fairy flying over the water and it will jump into the fairy bottle.
