Sorcery Domain Expansion Guide – and Domain Clash!

It wouldn’t be a Jujutsu Kaisen game without this term! The Sorcery Domain Expansion feature is one of the best I’ve seen on the platform.

Sorcery Domain Expansion

Jujutsu Kaisen fans know exactly what the term ‘Domain Expansion’ means, but how does it work in Sorcery? You need to build up a gauge of sorts by dealing a certain amount of damage in combat. Once you’re able to use it, all you need to do is hold the ‘E’ key on your keyboard to activate it.

Ultimate power comes at a price though, as upon your fourth use of Domain Expansion, you have a chance to gain ‘Insanity’. This is the case if your screen turns blue, if not, then you’re good to carry on! Getting ‘Insanity’ means your character will be defeated instantly. Another limitation is if you have the Heavenly Restriction ability, as you cannot use Domain Expansion if this is the case.

Malevolent Shrine
Sukuna’s DomainShreds through everything within the Domain using ‘Dismantle’ and ‘Cleave’Depletes the HP of the enemy by 80%
Chimera Shadow Garden
Megumi’s DomainSummon shadows and stun enemies standing inside the Domain whilst depleting their HP over timeThis Domain heals your HP depending on how much damage you deal
Unequivocal Love

Coffin of the Iron Mountain
Jogo’s DomainCreates a volcano-like area which inflicts enemies standing inside with a Burn debuff that deals damage over time
However, the Burn debuff can turn into an explosion, which deals increased damage

Domain Clashing

Timing is key with this! You and your opponent must activate Domain Expansion at the same time to start a Domain Clash. However, you can also activate yours a little later if you spot the enemy starting to unleash their Domain.
