Disney Dreamlight Valley offers over 40 different characters from Disney and Pixar universes, each one with its own unique house in The Valley (Base Game) and Eternity Isle (DLC). Having these many characters is good for the content and diversity in the fantasy world of the game as it helps connect the maximum players with their favorite characters.
However, with these many villagers in The Valley, the game’s map doesn’t show all the characters on the map at a time. If you have a daily duty for a certain villager who isn’t showing on the map, you have to spawn them by going to their house which can be underwhelming sometimes. They do spawn after some moments but it isn’t an efficient way of bringing out the villagers.
One of the best things that Disney Dreamlight Valley’s Devs can come up with for this particular reason is a Summoning feature that allows players to summon any unlocked villager to them at any time/place. This feature will save a lot of players time who are running around various villagers’ houses just to spawn them so that they can complete the duties/quests.
Simply summon the villager for whom you have dedicated duty/quest and move on to other activities. I do think that it will help a lot of players and be one of the best Quality-of-Life improvements in the game.
Let me know what you guys think about the Summoning feature, should it be added to the Disney Dreamlight Valley?
