Michael Felker’s Tricky Sci-Fi Thriller ‘Things Will Be Different’ Trailer

Magnolia Pictures has revealed an official trailer for an indie sci-fi thriller titled Things Will Be Different, marking the feature directorial debut of filmmaker Michael Felker. This premiered at the 2024 SXSW Film Festival earlier in the year, then played at the Phoenix, Fantaspoa, and Overlook Film Festivals. In order to escape police after a robbery, two estranged siblings lay low in a farmhouse that hides them away in a different time. There they reckon with a mysterious force that pushes their familial bonds to unnatural breaking points.
