How to Get a Type Soul Shard of Reiatsu

The Type Soul Shard of Reiatsu item grants you access to one of the most powerful weapons in the entire game.

Type Soul Shard of Reiatsu

One of the main reasons why you want a Shard of Reiatsu is so that you can unlock your Kido (also known as Abject) weapon! The type of Kido weapon differs depending on your character’s race (Soul Reaper, Quincy, and Arrancar/Hollow). Players recommend going for either Soul Reaper or Quincy if you’re aiming for a Kido weapon.

After obtaining a Shard of Reiatsu, you can use it to unlock your Abject/Kido weapon, but you must have 50 Kido SP in total. Each weapon comes with its own set of skills, most of which are extremely overpowered.

How to Get the Shard of Reiatsu

To obtain a Shard of Reiatsu, you need to grind! Unless you get super lucky and win a Shard in your first drop.

Clan Wars
Completing Clan Wars battles gives you a chance to obtain a Shard of Reiatsu, but it’s all down to RNG. The Clan Wars mode features different battle arenas that each have an overarching rule
AFK World
This method requires you to go AFK for a while in hopes that you get a Shard of Reiatsu in return. Keep in mind that you cannot enter the AFK World without a World Ticket, which you can obtain via drops and by redeeming codes
Ranked Matches
It wouldn’t be a PvP game without a ranked mode! Win matches against other players to be in with a chance of obtaining a Shard of Reiatsu drop
Exchange NPC
In Karakura Town, there is an NPC that can sometimes give you a Mythical rarity item in exchange for 10 Legendary rarity items. But, it’s not a guarantee that the item you get in return will be a Mythical! The Shard of Reiatsu is one of the potential rewards
