The Dreamlight Gastronomy is a Friendship Quest for Tiana that players can begin once they have leveled up their Friendship Level to Level 7 with Tiana. This guide will walk you through the Dreamlight Gastronomy quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
How to Complete Dreamlight Gastronomy Quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Starting the Quest
Dreamlight Gastronomy is the third Friendship Quest for Tiana and players will unlock it by completing the Little Louis’s Big Break quest and reaching Friendship Level 7 with Tiana. After unlocking the quest, speak with Tiana to initiate the Dreamlight Gastronomy quest.
Recruit the Villagers for Tiana’s culinary contest
After speaking with Tiana about her culinary contest, she will ask you to talk with the following villagers to recruit some for the contest.
Woody
Anna
Kristoff
Mike Wazowski
Mulan
Upon talking to the villagers, Anna, Kristoff, and Mike Wazowski will agree to participate in the culinary contest.
Go to Remy’s House and talk to Tiana
Go to Remy’s House and speak with Tiana about the contest participants.
Use your Royal Tools to prepare the various ingredients
After speaking with Tiana, you will be asked to gather various ingredients by using the tools. Two of the ingredients will be in Remy’s House and you need to use the Pickaxe and Watering Can to collect them.
4x Chop and gather Potatoes and Corn – Use the Pickaxe to break the barrels with Potatoes and Corn, and then collect them from the floor.
4x Wash and collect the Herbs – Use the Watering Can to wash the herbs on the floor and then pick them.
Catch Seafood for the Boil.2x Crab – Obtained by fishing in the Blue Ripples (bubbles) in the Frosted Heights biome.2x Shrimp – Obtained by fishing in the Blue Ripples (bubbles) in the Dazzle Beach biome.
2x Lobster – Obtained by fishing in the Gold Ripples (bubbles) in the Glade of Trust biome.
After gathering all the ingredients, return to Remy’s House and give the ingredients to Tiana. She will give you the Seafood Boil. Open the inventory and use the Seafood Boil to consume it, and then speak with Tiana again.
Gather the materials to craft a Sandwich Board Menu
Upon speaking with Tiana after consuming the Seafood Boil, she will ask you to craft a Sandwich Board Menu. First, you need to gather the following materials.
15x Stone – Obtained by picking up from the ground or breaking the rock nodes using the Pickaxe.
20x Hardwood – Found on the ground near the trees in the Forest of Valor, Glade of Trust, Sunlit Plateau, and Frosted Heights biomes.
5x Egg – Purchased from Chez Remy restaurant for 220 Star Coins each.
10x Wheat – Can be purchased from Goofy’s Stall in the Peaceful Meadow for 3 Star Coins each.
Once you have gathered all of the required materials, go to any Crafting Station and craft the Sandwich Board.
NOTE: You can find the Sandwich Board recipe in the Functional Items tab of the Crafting Station.
After crafting the Sandwich Board, go back to Remy’s House and speak with Tiana to give her the board menu.
Take a picture of everyone with their meals and have a taste of the meals
Equip the Camera from the tool wheel menu and take a picture of everyone with meals on the table. After taking a picture, pick up all three meals from the table and consume them from your inventory. Now, listen to Remy and Tiana react to the contestant’s meals. Once done, speak with all three contestants to give your feedback on their culinary experiment.
Upon speaking with the contestants, speak with Tiana about the contestant’s meals and she will ask you to choose a winner of the contestant.
NOTE: You can choose only one winner by speaking with them, and then Tiana will congratulate the winner outside her Palace.
Place [winner’s] Victory Sandwich Board outside of Tiana’s Palace
Whomever you choose as a winner of Tiana’s culinary contest, will give you a corresponding Sandwich Board. Leave Remy’s House and go into the Build Mode to place the winner’s victory Sandwich Board outside of Tiana’s Palace.
After placing the board menu, head to Tiana’s Palace to listen to Tiana congratulate the winner, and then lastly, speak with Tiana to conclude the quest.
Rewards
Completing Dreamlight Gastronomy will give the following rewards to the players.
2,200 Friendship Points
Anna’s Victory Sandwich Board – If Anna is chosen as the winner.
Kristoff’s Victory Sandwich Board – If Kristoff is chosen as the winner.
Mike’s Victory Sandwich Board – If Mike Wazowski is chosen as the winner.
