Black Myth: Wukong – Chen Loong Quest Guide

Black Myth: Wukong offers several side quests throughout each chapter that players can begin and complete to earn various rewards and uncover secrets. Chen Loong’s quest is one of the side quests that players can undertake in Chapter 3: White Snow, Ice Cold.

Chen Loong Quest Walkthrough – Black Myth: Wukong

Chen Loong’s quest is one of the many quests that players can initiate in Chapter Three and this specific quest will bring players to a Painted Realm where they can find all useful vendors both old and new in one place.

Starting Chen Loong’s Side Quest

Chen Loong’s quest is initiated by defeating Chen Loong at the Bitter Lake area near the North Shore of the Bitter Lake Keeper’s Shrine. From the shrine, head along the path toward the shore to trigger a fight against a dragon, Chen Loong. Defeat Chen Loong to trigger a cutscene in which he will ask for a pill from Xu Dog, the medicine vendor where you can craft Celestial Medicines.

Get the Medicine from Xu Dog

After starting the quest, you need to bring a pill from Xu Dog located in Yellow Wind Ridge, a location where Chapter Two takes place. Go to the nearest shrine and travel to Cellar in the Crouching Tiger Temple area. Interact with Xu Dog and select the ‘Talk’ option to let him know about Chen Loong, and he will give you the ‘Special-made Bone-strengthening Pellet’.

Deliver the Medicine to Chen Loong

Once you have the medicine, go to the shrine and travel back to the Bitter Lake. Continue ahead on the path beside the shore until you reach a cabin to find Chen Loong. Interact with Chen Loong to trigger a cutscene and give him the medicine.

Delivering the medicine to Chen Loong will complete his side quest and he will give you the Ruyi Scroll which you take you to the Painted Realm, Zodiac Village.

NOTE: You can leave and return to Zodiac Village by traveling from any Shrine.
