Mistria town in Fields of Mistria has several distinct regions to its name all of which offer exclusive resources and items. One of the essential items early in the game is Ruby, a precious gem that is a rare find. Ruby is one of the items required to unlock the Water Seal on floor 20 of the Mines, and finding it can be tough if you don’t where to look.
This guide will help you find Ruby in Fields of Mistria.
How to Get Ruby in Fields of Mistria
Ruby is a gem in Fields of Mistria that can only be found on the Upper Floors of the Mines. The upper floors include floors 1-19 which mainly offer items such as Copper Ore, Glass, etc. Moreover, similar to the Copper Deposits and Chunks on the upper floors, the Ruby Deposits and Chunks also have a chance of spawning.
During your mining endeavors through the upper floors of the mines, keep an eye out for any deposit with red metals (Ruby Rocks) in it. They are usually found on floors 10-19 but since they spawn randomly for everyone, there is a possibility that they spawn on early floors.
Upon finding a Ruby Rock, you need to mine it using a Pickaxe tool to obtain the Ruby similar to copper and other metal ores. Luckily, you don’t need an upgraded pickaxe to mine it so you will be able to mine the ruby rock with a Worn Pickaxe.
