Activision recently released the first gameplay trailer for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Zombies which was initially revealed about two days ago. The Dark Aether storyline continues in this next chapter with both new and returning characters. The former members of Requiem were imprisoned for over five years at a remote Black Site in the Philippine Sea, and a Filipina Smuggler named Maya Aguinaldo and a former adversary Dr. William Peck came to aid the group of Requiem in breaking out of the prison.
The gameplay trailer of Black Ops 6 Zombies showcases a new Round-Based map called Terminus which happens to be the largest round-based map ever in any COD Zombies. The main questline for Terminus allows players to fully explore the prison area, ocean, and smaller islands with Tactical Rafts.
Moreover, a new Wonder Weapon named Beamsmasher was shown in the gameplay which is comparable to the size of a light machine gun but it shoots a super-charged Aetheric beam that can melt down the hordes of the undead instantly. Additionally, Beamsmasher has two different firing modes and can be enhanced up to three tiers at the Pack-a-Punch Machine.
In addition to the new arsenal, there is a new support item called Mutant Injection that turns your character into a plated armor and grows an additional three feet tall for a certain period. While in this form, you can throw the zombies around with Melee Swipe, ranged cannon attack, and run through them with a barging sprint.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will be released on October 25, 2024, on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox Game Pass.
