It’s been over a year since we heard the last news of the upcoming Dinosaur Survival RPG sequel, ARK 2 starring Vin Diesel. The last announced release date for ARK 2 was the end of the year 2024, but it seems like it is still very far after seeing Microsoft removing its playable demo from their Xbox booth at Gamescom 2024.
Upon the announcement of Xbox plans for Gamescom 2024, Microsoft listed ARK 2 as a playable Demo on the Xbox booth at Gamescom 2024. However, it was shortly after removed from the list and was corrected by the Editor stating: ARK 2 was originally listed as playable on the Xbox booth – this mention was made in error, and has been removed.
Currently, there are no reports of it being showcased at Gamescom 2024, and it is possible that the fans of ARK might be left disappointed this year as well from getting their hands on the sequel.
