“You wanna talk martial arts? You better be talkin’ about Sandy Cheeks!” Now available to view on Netflix worldwide is the adventure comedy movie called Saving Bikini Bottom: The Sandy Cheeks Movie, a spin-off live-action + animation hybrid comedy featuring all of the SpongeBob characters. To celebrate the occasion, Netflix has also revealed a fun featurette called Sandy Cheeks: A Natural Herstory, a sort of inside look at science nerd squirrel Sandy with various people talking about how great she is. When Bikini Bottom is suddenly scooped out of the ocean, Sandy Cheeks and SpongeBob journey to Sandy’s home state of Texas, where they meet Sandy’s family and must save Bikini Bottom from the hands of an evil CEO. Yeah this sounds like a totally wild and crazy adventure with SpongeBob & Sandy taking down greedy assholes! Let’s go! Carolyn Lawrence voices the iconic Sandy Cheeks, along with a delightful cast including Tom Kenny, Wanda Sykes, Clancy Brown, Bill Fagerbakke, Mr. Lawrence, Craig Robinson, Rodger Bumpass, Johnny Knoxville, Grey DeLisle, Ilia Isorelýs Paulino, and Matty Cardarople.
