How to Complete the Charybdis Quest in Fallout: London
Find Thameshaven
Thameshaven is located northwest of the Greenwich Station location next to the Fesco. Follow the path leading to the northwest direction to eventually discover Fesco and Thameshaven.
Speak to the Tommy Guard
Upon reaching Thameshaven, speak to the guard at the gate. He will tell you the exact state of Thameshaven and how to reach their leader Rachel Hall.
Enter the South Entrance
After speaking with the guard, head inside the Thamehaven and follow the objective marker to reach the south entrance. It will take you to underground waters.
Speak to Rachel Hall
Go downstairs and look to the left side to see a blocked path with wooden planks. If you look closely at the door, there will be an arrow. It’s a hint to reach the Thamesfolk. Use a melee weapon to break the wooden planks and continue ahead. Open the door and pick up the Flare Gun on the table. Now, continue along the path but be careful of the Leeches.
Follow along the path to reach another orange door. Open the door and eliminate the leeches behind it. Wait for the electricity to shut down and then run to get past it. Continue ahead and follow the path to reach Rachel Hall. Speak with her and go through the dialogues to progress ahead.
Jump Down the Elevator Shaft
Go over to the elevator and open its door. Jump down to the water or you can loot a few useful items in a small room below by climbing down the ladder.
Find the Ferryman
Swim to the platform and eliminate the creatures in the area. Follow the platform path to find a ladder. Climb the ladder and go through the hole in the wall. Continue along the path to open a door and you will find Ferryman fighting behind a locked gate.
Unlock the Door and Save the Ferryman
Use the terminal beside the lock and select the ‘Disengage Lock’ option to unlock the door. Eliminate all the leeches in the area to save the Ferryman. Once the area is clear, speak with the Ferryman.
Seal the Breach in the Abandoned District
Go downstairs and follow the path to the right to encounter more leeches. Continue along the platform path to reach the breach point. Interact with the pillar to place an explosive and then run back to seal the breach.
Report Back to Rachel
Go back to where you spoke with Ferryman and there will be an opened door on the right. Continue through the door and open the door upstairs. Keep going straight and you will find a Wood Gate. Open it to reach the Thameshaven Market. Follow the objective marker on the screen to find Rachel and then speak with her.
Visit the Ferryman in the Infirmary
Make your way to the infirmary by following the objective marker on the screen and meet with the Ferryman you saved. Go through the dialogues to conclude the quest.
