On The Mend is a main story quest in Fallout: London that begins right after reaching the surface of London City at the end of the Broken Angel quest. The quest requires you to find a couple of cures for your character but it can be confusing on how to get them.

How to Complete the On The Mend Quest in Fallout: London
On The Mend quest requires you to cure a couple of afflictions (Lab Rat and Railway Spine) for which you have to seek out a doctor. As you start this quest at the Train Crash location, speak with Sebastian Gaunt down the road and ask him about the doctor. He will tell you about the one in Thameshaven which will start the Charybdis quest.
Curing Affliction 1/2 – Railway Spine
Now, follow along the Charybdis quest until you meet Rachel Hall and help her secure the breach in Thameshaven. Upon reaching the Thameshaven Market, you will meet Dr. Alan Webb from whom you can cure the Railway Spine affliction.
Curing Affliction 2/2 – Lab Rat
For the second affliction, Lab Rat, you need to continue progressing in the main story until you have unlocked the Havenslayer quest. Pursue the Havenslayer quest, until you get the objective to stop the self-destruct sequence. Here, you will get to interact with a Hand Scanner machine which will cure the Lab Rat affliction.
Upon curing both the afflictions, On The Mend quest will be concluded.
NOTE: Don’t waste your time looking for your origins and doctor. Simply, progress though the main story quests and you will be able to complete the On The Mend quest.
