Starting the Quest

Meeting in Millwall is the third quest for the Vagabonds faction and you will be able to initiate it by speaking with Nelson in Swan & Mitre pub. However, you must first complete the Swan & Mitre and Fixer Upper quests otherwise, the Meeting in Millwall quest will not be triggered. Speak with Nelson and go through the dialogues to learn the whereabouts of Yvette.

Meet Yvette in Millwall

Leave Swan & Mitre pub and follow the objective marker to make your way to the Greenwich Foot Tunnel South location. Head inside the Greenwich Foot Tunnel South building and go down the staircase. The area will be filled with radiation water and there will be several Drowned Ghouls. Eliminate the ghouls and then run straight through the tunnel.

As you go ahead, you will stop for a moment and a pressure of water will hit you. Upon waking up again, a couple of Drowned Ghouls will attack you. Clear out the enemies and follow the tunnel ahead to make your way out of the station. Leave the station to reach the Millwall area. Follow the objective marker on the screen to meet with Yvette.

Speak with Yvette and go through the dialogues to learn about the prisoner. Yvette will ask for your help to free the prisoner.

Free the Prisoner

After speaking with Yvette, wait for her to distract the guards and then enter Tower Hamlets Police Station. Take out the syndicate pup in the reception and then open the locked door on the left side using the Bobby Pin. Eliminate the enemy in front of Uma’s Prison Cell and then unlock her cell using the bobby pin. Speak with Uma and then leave the police station. Meet with Yvette outside the police station to progress ahead.

Escape to the Vagabond Safehouse

Once done, open the map and fast-travel to the Greenwich Station location. Now, follow the objective marker to the Vagabond Safehouse. Enter the Smoking Lounge and speak with Yvette to conclude the quest.
