The First Descendant offers several weapons of various tiers each one with its own DPS and Fire Rate. If you are a person who enjoys a high DPS build then you will probably be using a weapon of the Machine Gun category that uses General Rounds as ammo. Now, there are several weapons including rarities of Rare and Ultimate that are Machine Guns, but the highest-rated DPS weapon in The First Descendant is called Tamer.
Tamer is a Rare Machine Gun with a chance of low drop rate but it is significantly easier to get it than the Ultimate Weapons as it is dropped as a whole weapon by completing certain missions in the end-game areas.

How to Get Tamer in The First Descendant
Tamer can be obtained from several missions scattered throughout the various regions of the map but there is one mission in particular that you can farm to get a Tamer in 2-3 tries if not in the first try. The mission that you need to farm is called Order’s Occupied Facility located in the Observatory area of the White-night Gulch region.
The White-night Gulch is one of the end-game regions so you will have to progress in the main story to unlock this region and then reach the observatory area. Once there, you can initiate the Order’s Occupied Facility mission and complete its objectives to hopefully get a Tamer at the end. The mission itself is straightforward as it is a Normal Mission requiring you to clear out the enemies in the Surveillance Zones and then clear 2 Elite enemies at the end.
Moreover, the Tamer weapon only has a drop rate of 50% for this mission which is not that difficult to get. So if you are looking to get the Tamer weapon, simply progress through the main story to reach White-night Gulch and then farm the Order’s Occupied Facility mission to get it.
However, another thing that is worth mentioning is that make sure to level up the Tamer as it will increase its Fire ATK and DPS overall with each level to make it the highest DPS weapon in your Weapons List.
