The Communication Tracking Component is an Exclusive Quest for Bunny that players will unlock after completing the Security Bypass Tool quest. This quest requires players to defeat the Pyromaniac boss to get a Comms Tracking Component.

How to Complete the Communication Tracking Component Quest

Starting the Quest

The Communication Tracking Component quest is initiated by speaking to Anais after completing the Security Bypass Tool quest. After getting the Security Bypass Tool by defeating an Elite Predator in White-night Gulch, head back to Anais in Albion and speak with her who will give you the task of getting a Comms Tracking Component.

Unlock and Defeat Pyromaniac

Getting the Comms Tracking Component will require you to defeat Pyromaniac, an Intercept Boss Battle that you first must unlock. Unlocking the Pyromaniac fight will require you to progress in the main campaign of the game to reach the White-night Gulch region, and then complete all of the main missions in it.

As you complete the White-night Gulch region, the Pyromaniac boss fight becomes available. However, be aware that it is a Level 66 boss and you have to defeat it with Bunny. You cannot use Descendants like Viessa and Freyna which are extremely effective against Pyromaniac. Luckily, Pyromaniac takes more damage from the abilities and skills of Bunny so it is better to utilize her skills to deal damage to it while running around it.

Moreover, it is best to keep a safe distance from Pyromaniac and target the following weak spots.

Sensor (eyes)

Core Cover (stomach)

Balancer (knees)

Shoulder

Keep on switching between the use of your weapons and the skills to eventually defeat Pyromaniac. Upon defeating Pyromaniac, you will get the Comms Tracking Component.

Return to Anais

After getting the Comms Tracking Component, go back to Anais and select the ‘The Final Coordinates’ option to speak with her and conclude the quest.
