“You never told me you were a flying squirrel?!” Netflix has revealed an official trailer for Saving Bikini Bottom: The Sandy Cheeks Movie, a spin-off live-action + animation hybrid comedy featuring all of the SpongeBob characters. Though this time it’s Sandy Cheeks who gets to be the hero – helping them save their home. Made by Nickelodeon Animation Studios, this will be streaming in just a few weeks from now. When Bikini Bottom is suddenly scooped out of the ocean, Sandy Cheeks and SpongeBob journey to Sandy’s home state of Texas, where they meet Sandy’s family and must save Bikini Bottom from the hands of an evil CEO. Sounds like a totally wild and crazy adventure with SpongeBob & Sandy taking down greedy assholes! Bring it on. With an impressive full cast featuring Carolyn Lawrence, Tom Kenny, Wanda Sykes, Clancy Brown, Bill Fagerbakke, Mr. Lawrence, Rodger Bumpass, Johnny Knoxville, Craig Robinson, Grey DeLisle, Ilia Isorelýs Paulino, and Matty Cardarople.
