So, you may not get the one you wanted for a specific character, but you may accidentally obtain one for another!

Yes, this is yet another farming method. However, you’ve got plenty to choose from. Try to aim for the quickest missions to speed it up, and look for those that have a lower Monster Level if necessary. You don’t really need to be worrying about obtaining Transcendent mods until you’re in the late game anyway, and by then your level should be high enough.
