How to Complete In Search of the Relic Quest in The First Descendant
In Search of the Relic quest unlocks right after completing the Traces Continue quest, but the location of the next record lies within the Echo Swamp region. To get access to the Echo Swamp region, you need to progress through the main story. Upon unlocking the Echo Swamp, head to the Derelict Covert area because this is where you will find the record for the completion of In Search of the Relic quest.
Once you are in the Derelict Covert area, you need to head in the north direction from the Outpost and climb the tallest tree house. You can use either the grapple to climb the tree house or the elevator. Climb to the very top of the tree house in the north of this area and go to the western ledge to find the record.
Pick up the record and then play it through the Journal Tab in the main menu. You can find the record in the Descendant section of the Journal. Upon playing the record, the quest will be concluded.
