How to Complete the Art of Fun Quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Starting the Quest
Initiating the Art of Fun quest will require you to first unlock it by completing the Shadow Play quest and reaching Friendship Level 7 with Mulan. Once the quest is available in the Quests Tab, track it to make it an active quest, and then speak with Mulan to initiate the quest.
Gather the Flowers
Upon starting the quest by speaking with Mulan, you need to gather the flowers in the following colors.
8x Yellow – Dandelion, Sunflower, Yellow Daisy, etc.
8x Blue – Blue Falling Penstemon, Blue Hydrangea, etc.
8x Red – Red Bell Flower, Red Falling Penstemon, Red Daisy, etc.
After gathering all the flowers of the required colors, bring them to Mulan.
Plant the Crops
Upon speaking with Mulan after giving her the flowers, you need to plant the following crops.
3x Chili Pepper – Chili Pepper Seeds can be purchased from Goofy’s Stall in Sunlit Plateau for 20 Star Coins each.
4x Sugarcane – Sugarcane Seeds can be purchased from Goofy’s Stall in Dazzle Beach for 5 Star Coins each.
5x Onion – Onion Seeds can be purchased from Goofy’s Stall in Forest of Valor for 50 Star Coins each.
6x Soya – Soya Seeds can be purchased from Goofy’s Stall in Sunlit Plateau for 60 Star Coins each.
9x Rice – Rice Seeds can be purchased from Goofy’s Stall in Glade of Trust for 35 Star Coins each.
Once you have planted all the crops, go back to Mulan and speak with her.
Gather the Materials and Craft Wooden Training Dummies
Mulan’s idea of gardening turns into a talk about rations and targets, so make your way to Mushu and speak with him for more ideas. After speaking to Mushu, you need to gather the following materials.
2x Gold Ingot – Crafted at a Crafting Station using the Gold Nuggets and Coal.
4x Dry Wood – Found under the trees in the Sunlit Plateau, Frosted Heights, and Forgotten Lands biomes.
6x Hardwood – Found under the trees in the Forest of Valor, Glade of Trust, Sunlit Plateau, and Frosted Heights biomes.
15x Stone – Obtained by mining the rocks.
Once you have gathered all the required materials, go over to the Crafting Station and craft 3x Wooden Training Dummy. You can find its recipe under the Furniture Tab of the crafting station. Now, bring the Wooden Training Dummies to Mushu.
Make a Training Area for Mulan
Open the Furniture Menu and navigate to the Requests section to find all the items. Place the following items anywhere to make a Training Area for Mulan.
1x Tactical Table
1x Pale Wood Fence
3x Wooden Training Dummy
6x Outdoor Furniture
Once done, take a picture with Mulan in the new training area and then speak with her regarding the new training area to conclude the quest.
Rewards
Completing the Art of Fun will give 2,200 Friendship Points as a reward.
