Mechanical Part is one of the essential materials in 7 Days to Die that is used to craft various items including the Workbench station. Players will need several Mechanical Parts to make better weapons and vehicles to prevent the zombies and traverse the world easily.

This guide will help you how to get Mechanical Parts in 7 Days to Die.

How to Get Mechanical Parts in 7 Days to Die

The Mechanical Parts are found in the Toolboxes, destroyed workbenches, shelves, and Working Stiffs Crates. However, the drop rate of the Mechanical Parts from these POIs is low so it can take you a while to gather a decent number of Mechanical Parts. Therefore, there is another great way to get Mechanical Parts in the game and that is by scavenging certain objects such as following.

Shopping Cart

File Cabinet

Toilet

AC Unit

Washing Machine

Gas Pump

Oven

Broken Vehicles

Safe

Metal Door

Salvaging each object will give you a decent number of Mechanical Parts, but there is one thing that you need to understand: salvaging and destroying are different than the other. To salvage the items, you need a Wrench which can be easily found at the Workshops. Upon getting the wrench, simply head over to the objects and press the LMB to start salvaging.

Moreover, if you manage to get an Engine from a broken vehicle, you can salvage the Engine to get 30 Mechanical Parts at once.
