Disney Dreamlight Valley: How to Complete A Reminder in Stone Quest

A Reminder in Stone is the first Friendship Quest for Mushu in Disney Dreamlight Valley that players will get to pursue upon unlocking Mushu and reaching Friendship Level 2 with him. This guide will walk you through how to complete A Reminder in Stone quest for Mushu in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

How to Complete A Reminder in Stone in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Starting the Quest

Initiating the A Reminder in Stone quest will require you to first unlock it by reaching Friendship Level 2 with Mushu. Once the quest is available in the Quests Tab, track it to make it an active quest, and then speak with Mushu to initiate the quest.

Catch the Three Lucky Bugs in Mulan’s Realm

After starting the quest, head over to Mulan’s Realm to catch three Lucky Bugs. You can find the bugs in the following areas of the Realm.

In the Southern Fields

In the Training Camp

In the Eastern Forest

Simply chase after the bugs and interact with them to catch them. Once you have caught all three Lucky Bugs, bring them to Mushu.

Equip the Incense Lantern and Scout Different Biomes

After speaking to Mushu, equip the Incense Lantern from the Wardrobe and make your way around the following biomes.

The Plaza

The Peaceful Meadow

Dazzle Beach

Make sure that the incense Lantern is equipped as you walk through the biomes to complete the objective. Once done, speak with Mushu.

Craft the Great Stone Dragon Statue

Mushu will tell you to gather the following materials to craft the Great Stone Dragon Statue.

25x Softwood – Foraged from beneath the trees in the Plaza, Peaceful Meadow, Forest of Valor, and Glade of Trust biomes.

40x Stones – Mined from the rocks.

After gathering the materials, head over to the crafting station to craft the Great Stone Dragon Statue. You can find the recipe for the Great Stone Dragon Statue in the Furniture tab of the crafting station. Once you have crafted the dragon statue, open the Furniture Menu, navigate to the Requests section to find it, and then place it anywhere in the Valley.

Find Decorations for Dragon Statue

Speak to Mushu after placing the Great Stone Dragon Statue in the Valley and he will tell you to find extra decoration for it. Find the following decorations for the Dragon Statue.

10x Red Flower – Forage any 10 Red Flowers around the Valley.

5x Garnet – Found in the Plaza and Peaceful Meadow biomes.

5x Aquamarine – Found in the Dazzle Beach and Forest of Valor biomes.

5x Topaz – Found in the Plaza biome.

Upon gathering all the required decorations, bring them to Mushu. After that, go to the statue and place a Garnet on it by interacting with it.

Get Flint from the Dazzle Beach

Speak to Mushu after placing a Garnet on it and then make your way to the Dazzle Beach biome to find the Gold and Black Rocks. Break the Gold and Black rocks with your Royal Pickaxe tool to get Flint. After breaking three Gold and Black Rocks and getting Flint from them, bring them to Mushu.

Light the Torches Beside the Dragon Statue

Now, go back to the Great Stone Dragon Statue and interact with the two torches, one on each side to light them up. Speak to Mushu after lighting the torches to conclude the quest.

Rewards

Completing A Reminder in Stone quest will give the following rewards to the players.
