Decoration is one of the biggest features of Palia that allows players to decorate the Housing Plot with Housing Add-ons and tons of decorating items including furniture, plushies, etc. Furthermore, Palia added the decorative books with the 0.180 patch recently and it allows players to place down the books as a decorative item to make a library of their own.
This guide will help you where to find the Decorative Books in Palia.
Where to Find the Decorative Books in Palia
The Decorative Books are the newly added decorative items in Palia that can only be purchased from the Library in Kilima Valley. Unlike previous times, the Library now has something to live for other than the quests for Caleri, and players now can come to the Library to purchase the decorative books from the newly added Cash Register at the Library’s counter.
As you enter the Library, you will see the new Cash Register on the far corner of the counter. Interact with it to find all the decorative books including Caleri’s Choice Book which changes appearance every time you place it down. There are 11 decorative books available at the library pricing from 275 Gold to 280 Gold.
Caleri’s Choice Book – Costs 275 Gold
Astronomer’s Tome – Costs 275 Gold
Majiri Dictionary – Costs 275 Gold

However, the books that you find during the quests or the recipe books, act as quest items so they cannot be placed like these decorative books.
