The Next Gen Update of Fallout 4 contains a ton of new content for players to uncover along with the new Power Armors and Weapons to find that all are ridiculously fun and powerful. One of the new powerful weapons that players can get as early as possible is the Penetrating Chinese Grenade Launcher which is just hard to swap after using it for the first time.

How to Get the Penetrating Chinese Grenade Launcher in Fallout 4
The Penetrating Chinese Grenade Launcher is a Grenade Launcher Weapon recently added in Fallout 4 with the Next Gen Update and it can be obtained by completing the When Pigs Fly quest. It is one of the newly added side quests in Fallout 4 which will require players to help out a merchant named Suggs in the Cambridge district.
Suggs will ask you to get his schematics for the Grenade Launcher from the opposing merchant in the area who is dealing with the Raiders. Follow through the main objectives of the quest to find the other merchant who stole the schematics to take him down and get the schematics. Once done, you need to deliver the schematics back to Suggs and he will hand you the Penetrating Chinese Grenade Launcher as a reward.

During the final stage of the quest, some Raiders will attack Suggs so make sure to protect him and not let him die to secure the weapon as a reward. However, if Suggs dies, he will still drop the Grenade Launcher but its name will be Flakker with a cool wrap on it and you will be able to loot it from his body.
But keep in mind that you do need ammo for this special Grenade Launcher and Suggs is the one who will provide you with ammo through his shop. There are other merchants as well in Diamond City and Goodneighbor who sell 40mm Frag Grenade (ammo) but it is better to purchase it from Suggs.
