Bat Leather is one of the end-game refined resources in V Rising added with its full-release version. It is one of the essential resources in the game as it is used to craft several end-game Armor sets and a new bag called Bat Leather Bag.
This guide will help you how to get Bat Leather in V Rising.
How to Get Bat Leather in V Rising
Getting the Bat Leather will first require players to unlock the Advanced Tannery station. It is a mandatory station for crafting Bat Leather and unlocking it will require players to defeat Terrorclaw the Ogre. It is a Level 77 V Blood Boss found at the Frozen Cave location in the Hallowed Mountains region.
Once you have defeated Terrorclaw the Ogre, you will be able to build the Advanced Tannery station with the following resources.
12x Pristine Leather
8x Reinforced Plank
After building and placing the Advanced Tannery at your Castle, accessing it will show you the recipe to craft Bat Leather requiring the following resources.
1x Pristine Leather
5x Bat Hide
Moreover, if you build the Advanced Tannery on Tailor’s Floor, it will only cost 1x Pristine Leather and 1x Bat Hide. The Pristine Leather itself is a refined resource that can be crafted both at the Tannery and Advanced Tannery. However, the Bat Hide is one of the new resources in the game that can only obtained by killing certain enemy types. You need to find and kill the Gargoyles and Dark Temptress to get Bat Hide from them and both of them are found in the new region, Ruins of Mortium.
After getting all the required resources, add them to the Advanced Tannery and select the Bat Leather to start crafting it. It will take about thirty seconds to craft two Bat Leather. Since several items require Bat Leather, you must craft a lot of Bat Leather to be able to craft all of the new Armor Sets at the Tailoring Bench and the Bat Leather Bag at the Leatherworking Station.
