Bladers Rebirth Traits
Traits give your blade parts a nice little boost – or a major boost depending on the buffs!
How to Get Traits
You obtain a Trait when you buy the part packs in Blade B-Pit (the shop close to the level 1 spawn point!). The trait you get is random, so the only way to ‘reroll’ is to purchase more part packs once you have enough in-game cash.
You can also upgrade your acquired Traits via the Part Upgrade Machine at the front of Blade B-Pit. There’s a chance to get Traits by collecting Special Move Fragments as well, which are dropped by bosses.

Legendary Traits
Resistance
Your blade becomes 20% more resistant to skill DMG
Powerful
The DMG and DEF of your blade is increased by 5%
Rare Traits
Pierce
The pierce DMG dealt by your blade is increased by 1%
Range
Your skills now have a 10% larger range
Training
The EXP you gain is boosted by 5%
Uncommon Traits
Turbo
The duration of the Boost skill is extended, while the cooldown of the skill is reduced
Heavy
The weight of your blade is now 5% heavier
Common Traits
Agile
The speed of your blade is increased by 10%
Enchanted
The skill of this specific blade part gets a tier increase of 1
Strong
The overall attack stat for your blade gets a 5% boost
Healthy
Your blade gets a 5% boost to its stamina stat
Tanky
Your blade’s DEF is 5% tougher
Best Traits in Each Rarity
It’s obvious that the best traits are the rarer ones. But, what about the best traits for each rarity? If you only have common, uncommon, or rare traits, it’s a good idea to know which is the best out of the bunch.
Best Common Trait
I would say that the best trait in the Common group is Agile. 10% may not seem like a lot, but this increases the overall speed of your blade in any situation. A speed boost in and of itself is always a plus! The other traits are fine, but Agile is universally useful as a whole.
Best Uncommon Trait
Turbo is the best! The duration of the Boost skill gets an extension, which allows you to speed up for a longer period of time. Not only that, but it also lowers the cooldown time of said skill. So, it’s a win-win. It might not be the flashiest trait, but it definitely gives you an advantage.
Best Rare Trait
I’ll go for Range and Training for this category. As it says on the tin, Range gives you a 10% larger range in battle. However, Training boosts your EXP gain by 5%, which is always handy. I suggest considering which you value more for your playthrough – more EXP or the ability to unleash attacks on multiple nearby blades.
Best Legendary Trait
My favourite Legendary trait is Resistance. You are 20% more resistant to all skill DMG from opponents, which is pretty impressive, and can vastly change the endgame of a battle. I find the Powerful trait quite lacklustre, as it only gives a 5% boost to your DMG and DEF.
