Palia: How to Enter the Temple of the Roots

The latest patch of Palia includes the next chapter for Palia’s main story which players get to uncover by unveiling the secrets inside the newly added Temple of the Roots. It is the fourth temple in the game available for players to explore but before players do so, they will first have to complete the Eye of the Storm quest which is the ending quest for the Temple of the Gales.

The entrance to the Temple of the Roots is located southeast of the Outskirts area in Bahari Bay but as players try to access it, the door will not open as it will be engaged with three different security protocols. Players must override the protocols to get access to the Temple of the Roots. This guide will provide all the information on how you can enter the Temple of the Roots in Palia.

How to Enter the Temple of the Roots in Palia

Entering the Temple of the Roots for the first time is possible during the “Secret Depths” quest which is given by Einar once you have overridden all the security protocols for the Temple of the Roots. To override the protocols, you will have to find certain stations which can only be found during their respective quest. The stations that you need to find and the respective quests for them are the following.

Hydroflow Station– Keeper of Waves (Quest)

Pyroflow Station – Keeper of Flames (Quest)

Aeroflow Station – Keeper of Gales (Quest)

During each quest, you will be required to access a mysterious device in each station to disengage the security protocol. However, accessing the mysterious device will require a certain four-letter code for each mysterious device respective to the station. For your convenience, the codes for each mysterious device are the following.

Code for Mysterious Device in Hydroflow Station – ASTA

Code for Mysterious Device in Pyroflow Station – CATA

Code for Mysterious Device in Aeroflow Station – ACER

Upon overriding all three protocols, it will start the “Keeper of Roots” quest which will require you to go and speak with Einar. Speak to Einar to complete this quest and it will initiate the Secret Depths quest requiring you to enter the Temple of the Roots in Bahari Bay.
