Assembler is one of the essential crafting structures in Lightyear Frontier that allows players to turn regular resources into complex materials that are used as materials for other recipes or for upgrading your mech. As players harvest more unique resources in all the different regions, they will unlock more recipes at the Assembler allowing them to craft the materials with the found resources.
In this guide, we’ll tell you how to build an Assembler in Lightyear Frontier.
How to Build an Assembler in Lightyear Frontier
Assembler is one of the earliest crafting structures in the game for which players will not have to unlock its recipe to build it. It is already available in the Crafting tab of the Build Mode and it will require the following resources to build it.
10x Aluminum Rod
10x Stone
4x Plant Oil
Aluminum Rods are obtained from Aluminum Deposits which can be found in various regions. Fortunately, there are a couple of Aluminum Deposits in The Meadows – one is on the eastern side and the other one is on the southern side. Stones can be easily obtained by breaking the rocks found all over the world map. Lastly, the Plant Oil is made in an Oil Presser structure using the Plant Fiber. Each Plant Oil will require 1x Plant Fiber and it will take 30 seconds for it to be crafted.
Upon getting all the required resources, open the Build Mode by pressing the B button and select the Assembler to place it down. Now, add all the resources to the structural highlight of Assembler by holding the E button to finish building it.
Once you have built an Assembler, you will be able to craft the Aluminum Parts and Aluminum Frames at the start which both are needed for upgrading your Mech and making new structures for your Homestead.
