Pursuing the investigation on missing Jeremy of Derceto Manor will require players to solve a series of puzzles throughout the adventure. Every location in the manor has some sort of puzzle that players must solve to see the bigger picture and one of the main puzzles that players must complete is the painting puzzle inside Perosi’s Room in Chapter 2.
In this guide, we’ll tell you how to solve the Paintings Puzzle in Perosi’s Room in Alone in the Dark.
How to Solve the Paintings Puzzle in Perosi’s Room
Perosi’s Room is located at the end of the hallway same as Jeremy’s Room and players will be able to unlock it once they have obtained Room Key #6 from the Reception at the start of Chapter 2. Upon doing so, once players have reached Perosi’s Room, they will see a locked dresser with a lock requiring a combination of zodiac symbols. To unlock the dresser, players will have to first solve the Paintings Puzzle.
The Paintings are located at the back of the room on the left side. There are six paintings in total and a few of them will have a form of rot line on them. To solve the puzzle, all you have to do is flip the paintings to form the rot line. For your convenience, we have listed down the paintings that you need to flip.

NOTE: The mentioned paintings are in an order from the Left Side.
Upon doing right, you will solve the painting puzzle and you will see three names of Astarte Artists on the pictures which are crucial for solving the dresser puzzle in Perosi’s Room.
