There are several essential structures in Nightingale that players can build around the various biomes to increase their survival chances. One of the crucial structures in the early game is a campfire which will allow players to cook, refine, and craft various items. How to Build a Campfire in Nightingale
Building a campfire in Nightingale will first require players to learn the recipe for it which is quite easy to do. All you have to do is to gather 6x Rocks when you reach the Forest Byway Realm. It is the first realm of the game that players will get to reach as a part of the tutorial and after that, they will be tasked to collect Raw Berries.
While exploring the realm and harvesting the Raw Berries from the bushes, gather Rocks from the small stone pits scattered around the area. You can find several of them on the coast side and harvesting each stone pit will grant you 3 – 7 Rocks depending on the size of the stone pit.
After gathering the required number of rocks, open the Guidebook by pressing the B button and navigate to the ‘Building’ tab. Select the ‘Crafting: Basics & Repair’ section to find the Campfire blueprint. Select the Campfire blueprint and then place it down on the ground where you wish to build it.
Once you have placed the raw structure of the campfire on the ground, simply interact with it by pressing the E button to add the required resources which would be Rocks in this scenario to automatically build the campfire.
Now, you will not have to worry about food as you will be able to cook various food items using the campfire which will let you keep pushing through the treacherous realms.
