Getting high-level Personas is essential for higher-difficulty enemies and bosses on end-game blocks and floors of Tartarus. Similar to getting most of the high-level Personas in Persona 3 Reload, players can get Helel via fusion. Helel’s Arcana type is Star (Mamoru) with a starting level of 88, meaning, players will have to first complete Mamoru Social Link by ranking up to Level 10 and then fuse two high-level Personas of certain Arcana types that will result in Star Arcana and possibly Helel.
Speaking of fusion, players must know that Helel isn’t obtained from the Special Fusion method as it does not require more than two Personas. Players need to use the Dyad Fusion method with a possible combination for fusing Helel.
