Embarking on a journey to farther lands located in the far regions can become quite hectic as the seas in between will be smothered by various enemy factions’ vessels and other players. As Skull and Bones offers the freedom to attack other players and loot their cargo, high-level players can farm low-level players along their way which might cause various hardships for them. Fortunately, there is a fast travel feature in the game that players will be able to use to cover great distances in a matter of moments.

In this guide, we’ll tell you how to fast travel in Skull and Bones.

How to Fast Travel in Skull and Bones

Like most of Ubisoft’s RPGs, the fast travel in Skull and Bones is only done among the discovered settlements and outposts. Meaning, that before players can fast travel to farther or any other outposts, they must discover them initially by sailing. Once the players have discovered an outpost, they will be able to fast travel through the Embark option instead of setting sail while docked at a settlement.

Press the prompt key for embark and select the ‘Fast Travel’ option to open the map which will allow you to select the discovered outpost you wish to travel to while hovering over it. Press and hold the prompted key to fast travel to the selected outpost instantly. However, the fast travel in Skull and Bones is not free and it will cost a certain amount of Silver depending on the distance between the outposts.

While selecting the outpost from the fast travel option, a Silver price will be mentioned in the description of the outpost on the right side. It can cost hundreds of Silver for each fast travel depending on the distance but if you have such money to spare and you wish to save time, then surely perform fast travel.
