Persona 3 Reload offers several new items that weren’t in the original game and finding them for the first time might add various questions to players’ minds like what is their use and how to get more of them. One of the new essential items in Persona 3 Reload is a Twilight Fragment which acts as a source for unlocking the locked chests found inside Tartarus and replenishing characters’ HP and MP by interacting with the clock.
Each chest requires a certain number of Twilight Fragments whereas, the clock requires 7 Twilight Fragments every time. For players to unlock all locked chests to get various items or replenish the HP and MP of the team before engaging in a boss fight, they must undertake all methods to get Twilight Fragments in Persona 3 Reload.
In this guide, we’ll tell you how to get more Twilight Fragments in Persona 3 Reload.
How to Get More Twilight Fragments in Persona 3 Reload
There are several ways to get Twilight Fragments in Persona 3 Reload which include finding them in various areas of Tatsumi Port Island, breaking branches with white/blue light in Tartarus, rescuing lost cats, completing quests for Elizabeth, and ranking up Social Links. Out of all these methods, the two best methods that can earn players several Twilight Fragments are finding them in various areas and ranking up Social Links.
Players can find the Twilight Fragments in the following areas of Tatsumi Port Island.
7 in Gekkoukan High School
2 in Paulownia Mall
2 in Port Island Station
2 in Naganaki Shrine
2 in Iwatodai Station
2 in Iwatodai Dorm
The Twilight Fragments are presented with a shiny blue light so if you come across any during exploration, make sure to pick it up. Another efficient method to get several Twilight Fragments is to rank up Social Links with the characters. Each time you level up a Social Link rank with a character or find a new Social Link, Elizabeth will reward you with several Twilight Fragments when you meet her the next time.
As there are several Social Links that can be initiated and leveled up in Persona 3 Reload, finding as many as possible from the early game will help you get lots of Twilight Fragments. Additionally, as you complete quests for Elizabeth, she will also grant you Twilight Fragments as a reward so, make sure to complete her quests during free time to gain various essential items and Twilight Fragments.
Exploring Tatsumi Port Island will also let you find lost cats that aren’t mentioned on the Police Message Board but rescuing these cats will reward you with a Twilight Fragment. Lastly, you can find Twilight Fragments while exploring the floors of Tartarus. However, the spawn rate of Twilight Fragments on each floor is very low but if you are stuck in Tartarus and want Twilight Fragments to replenish your team’s HP and MP for the boss fight, use the teleporter to explore a floor and then go back via the teleporter to repeat the process.
This is not an efficient method to get Twilight Fragments as it can take you several minutes just to get one Twilight Fragment so only pursue it if you are in need and cannot restart the game.
